In the case of Memberships then your login; e-mail address; password; and connection information and billing history is stored and registered in order to verify your Membership.  We may use an APP through our server to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations. We also collect identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications) 

Payment details (including credit card /Banking information), for Memberships and purchases are collected at transaction stage only. Once a Membership Donation or purchase has been made this information is no longer held.

MEMBERSHIPS: For new members Kelayla will contact you via email to notify confirm your Membership.  Your email will be stored  to troubleshoot any problems with your Membership,  to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires

NON-MEMBERS: For those requesting Membership you will be sent an email providing information on what methods can be used to make your donation. |Members as well as those who have signed the Membership request form will from time to time receive notifications via email of any site updates.

We do not track any personal information through the use of cookies, flash cookies or web beacons or any other third party services and have no interest in the use of such tools, applications or practices.
